2025 第五届中国甜品锦标赛

自2017年首次举办以来,中国甜品锦标赛已逐步发展成为中国甜品界的重要赛事,集结国内的优秀西点师共同竞技,展示甜品制作的精湛技艺和无限创意,通过“公开、公平、公正”的角逐,获得代表中国队走向亚洲乃至世界西点舞台的机会。

第五届中国甜品锦标赛为第十九届 “西点世界杯”的中国区预选赛,面向全国各地的专业西点师,鼓励参赛者展现个性化的创作和高水准的技术实力。获胜者将组成中国代表队参加2026年新加坡西点亚洲杯的比赛,争夺入选2027法国里昂西点世界杯的资格。

Since the inaugural event in 2017, the CPC has steadily evolved into a leading competition in the Chinese pastry industry, gathering outstanding pastry chefs from across China to compete and showcase their exquisite skills in dessert making. This fair and transparent competition enables standout participants a subsequent pathway to represent China at forthcoming competitions in Asia and on the global stage.

The 5th CPC serves as the Chinese regional qualifier for the 19th WPC, gathering professional pastry chefs from all over the country. It encourages participants to showcase personalized creations and high-level technical skills. Winners will form the Chinese team to compete in the 2026 Asian Pastry Cup (APC) in Singapore, which in turn provides a qualifying opportunity for the 2027 WPC in Lyon, France.
